【Job Description】
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships to advance the business for iKala's products and services
- Identify potential partnerships, opportunities to enhance distribution and open up new markets, and methods to enhance efficiency within iKala''s various departments
- Develop dynamic business presentations and proposals(RFPs) that present new opportunities for both local and overseas business growth and enhanced operations for clients, potential clients, and internal communications
- Keep regular contacts with past, existing, and new clients to explore new opportunities and build and establish strong relationships with customers and partners for iKala
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the business plan, sales strategy, and public relations strategy in order to analyze and provide necessary recommendations
- Attend trade shows, industry associations, job fairs to improve the company's visibility
【Requirements】
- 8+ years related experience in Business Development, Sales, Industry Analysis, AI, Big Data, Cloud, or New Retail
- Demonstrated key account management experience with a track record of consistent sales quota over-achievement
- Global business development experience and ideally experience with EFSS (Enterprise File Sync and Share)
- Experienced at foster and develop long-term relationships/ ecosystem with customers/clients
- Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these requirements
- Strategically thinker and worker- seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business also carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- A proven, positive can-do attitude person that is always open up to new opportunities and challenges
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Master degree
