【Job Description】

Enterprise Solutions PM is a key role to drive the growth of Shoplus enterprise branch. Which is a new initiative derived from our current SMB SaaS model to help us expand our service to the enterprise market. You will need to partner with the BD team to engage with potential clients, and work with the product development team to deliver an enterprise level solution with stability and scalability.


There are 5 skill areas that we explicitly set expectations for and judge performance against. There are:

  1. Insight Driven
    Use customer insight to ensure that they deeply understand our customers' problems, define the correct priorities to tackle and create a clear brief.
  2. Strategy
    Responsible for shaping​ product area strategy with close support from a manager.
  3. Execution
    Ship the ​whole​ customer experience.
    Develop the product requirements documents, schedules and supporting materials in partnership with design, content, technology, social, marketing and 3rd party vendor/partner teams.
  4. Driving Outcomes
    Can demonstrate meaningful impact ​to customers and our business.
    Establishes and drives​ a consistent shipping cadence.
  5. Leadership Behaviors
    Communicates with the team, product leadership and key stakeholders frequently and effectively​. Ensures all involved are aware of the team strategy, initiatives and priorities.
    Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert senior management of changes to scope, timelines, resources and vendor/partners management issues.
  1. 3-5 years of product management experience.
  2. Technical knowledge in RESTful API integration is required.
  3. Fluent English communication (English interview will be required).
  1. Enterprise SaaS or ecommerce relevant industry experience is a plus.
  2. Customer-facing and multi-stakeholder work experience is a plus.
