Job Description
  1. Being Sales Manager, you will manage a team of Sales Specialists, Inside Sales Representatives, and Customer Success to develop relationships, convert sales and work closely with internal and external partners both locally and internationally to growth our Thailand business
【Responsibilities
  1. Experienced and proven success as a sales professional and with a passion to lead a strong sales organization
  2. Hard-working and ability to work under pressure towards a team's target
  3. Adopt a data and metric-driven sales management approach
  4. Coach and motivate team members to drive team performance
  5. Have difficult conversations with underperforming staff and ability to diagnose reasons behind underperformance
  6. Carry out training for the sales team
  7. Serve as the escalated point of contact for customer matters and ability to devise solutions to satisfy customer and company's interests
  8. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering teams and across other business units
  9. Work in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  10. Work with HQ and/or consultants to implement strategies to reach the team's sales targets
  11. Establish efficient sales operations and workflows
【Required Experience and Skills​
  1. 3+ years of experience in sales
  2. Preferred experience in people management (Sales) and a sales motivator
  3. Digitally savvy
  4. A passionate, respectful, and strong team player with the ability to communicate customer feedback with product management, sales colleagues, and other teams to build better solutions for customers
  5. High-level of business acumen and strong communication skills
  6. Strong ability to organize multiple projects at once
  7. Self-motivated and result-oriented
  8. Ability to cope with uncertainties and look for solutions proactively
  9. Analytical, logical, and active with problem-solving.
  10. A native speaker of Thai. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
【Plus
  1. Experience in e-commerce industry or start-ups
  2. Passionate about entrepreneurship
  3. Hands-on building e-commerce or related business field ecosystems
【Working Conditions
  1. Based in Bangkok, Thailand. Visit customers (within Thailand) when required. Business travels to HQ when required.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced and lively environment
