We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive our sales and grow the business. Your role is to develop new opportunities and build solid relationships with our clients. You will work with various departments to achieve the targets. You will also be responsible for developing and managing our business development team. The successful candidate in this role must be a self-starter and feel comfortable in an ambitious, constantly evolving, fast-moving environment.
- Identify and develop new business/ market opportunities and initiate contact for new clients.
- Complete contract negotiations and secure commitment to long-term relationships.
- Deliver and exceed strategic goals and committed targets.
- Coordinate with multiple business functions, including but not limited to marketing, product management, and customer success management.
- Build up and manage the business development team. Delegate responsibilities, supervise business operations and support the team to grow.
- 5+ years of sales/ business development experience with a proven record of success.
- Experience in team management
- Ability to build influential relationships with C-suite and key influencers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Adaptability, result-driven, and strong problem-solving skills
- Business development experience in MarTech, SaaS is desirable.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
