【Job Description

This position is the key role to represent Thailand users needs accurately and fairly to create the best possible value for Shoplus by teaming up with local Thailand PM/marketers and HQ developers, designers to deliver Shoplus applications across the iOS, Android, chatbot, and web platforms, based on users' feedback and data.

【Responsibilities

There are 5 skill areas that we explicitly set expectations for and judge performance against. There are:

    Use customer insight to ensure that they deeply understand our customers' problems, define the correct priorities to tackle, and create a clear brief.
  2. Strategy
    Responsible for shaping​ product area strategy with close support from a manager.
  3. Execution
    Ship the ​whole​ customer experience.
    Develop the product requirements documents, schedules, and supporting materials in partnership with design, content, technology, social, marketing, and 3rd party vendor/partner teams.
  4. Driving Outcomes
    Can demonstrate meaningful impact ​to customers and our business.
    Establishes and drives​ a consistent shipping cadence.
  5. Leadership Behaviors.
    Communicates with the team, product leadership, and key stakeholders frequently and effectively​. Ensures all involved are aware of the team strategy, initiatives, and priorities.
    Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert senior management of changes to scope, timelines, resources, and vendor/partners management issues.
【Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of product management experience.
  2. 2 years+ of a multinational environment working experience.
  3. Fluent English communication (English interview will be required).
【Pluses
  1. E-commerce relevant industry experience is a plus.
  2. Being able to communicate in Thai is a plus.
【Working Conditions
  1. Based in Taiwan
  2. Remotely communicate with local product manager and other team members to understand the market (if needed)
